This property adjacent to Finsbury Park station was acquired in September 2010 by the Generation/Carlyle JV with the benefit of planning consent for a new 400 bed purpose built student residence and up to 24,358 square feet of commercial floor space (B1/B8).

Following demolition and site enabling works, the construction contract was placed with Mace Limited, a leading contractor.

The building opened in Summer 2012 launching the Pure Student Living brand.

This location is especially well situated for a new student residence as connectivity to Central London’s various educational establishments from Finsbury Park station (Victoria & Piccadilly Lines) and National Rail Network are excellent.
